  • Well Inspection

    Buying or Selling a house? All well inspections include:
    Inspection of your pressure tank, well cap, and well location.
    Water tests for the “big 3” - nitrate, arsenic, and total coliform & e-coli bacteria.
    Lein waivers will be provided upon completion.
    All water tests are sent to our laboratory for analysis.
    A basic well inspection is $340.

  • Well System Maintenance Program

    Extend the life of your existing well water system. During your Well System Maintenance Program we will:
    Drain and flush your pressure tank.
    Inspect your well cap.
    Test for hardness and iron.
    Clean screens and injectors in softeners & iron filters.
    Inspect water heater & sump pumps.
    A maintenance program typically takes 30 to 45 minutes and costs $125.

  • Well Abandonments

    Are you switching to city water?
    We’ll remove the well equipment in your basement.
    Cut the casing from the well below grade.
    Fill or seal with bentonite clay.
    Pricing depends on the depth of your well.

  • Existing Water Softener Repair

    Your water softener may need repair if:
    Your water feels hard sometimes and soft other times?
    Water softener stopped using salt? Constantly leaking at the drain?
    Does the salt turn into sludge or a brick?
    If you said yes to any of the above it’s time to repair your water softener.

  • Well Chlorination

    Received an unsafe water sample?
    We provide 12 hour and 24 hour chlorination for well water remediation or to clean pipes.
    After a chlorination we will return to take water samples and send out to our laboratory for analysis.

  • Well Tanks / Pressure Tanks

    Low Pressure? Your pressure tank could be the culprit.
    Well tanks help you feel water pressure in your home.
    They give your pump a rest period which extends the life of the pump.
    If your pump is constantly running this will wear out the pump.
    If you notice low pressure or a well pump that is constantly running this should be addressed.
